2 Week Board & Train
For dogs 5 months or older with zero- to- mild behavior issues.
A 24/7 personalized training experience focusing on the overall state of mind of your dog, establishing a solid foundation of obedience, structure, and a permission- based lifestyle that creates clarity, confidence, and calmness. Your dog comes to stay with me in my home and interacts with other dogs in training, while being treated like a family dog. Training focuses on functional, real- world obedience that can be used in daily life inside the home, outside, off leash, and around distractions. Proper manners and socialization, as well as correcting mild behavior issues, are also addressed in order to create a calmer dog that listens better and does not react to outside stimuli.
At the conclusion of the Board & Train, there is a 2- 3 hour training session where you learn how to lead your dog and create balance in the relationship. You learn to understand why dogs do the things they do and how to properly use the training equipment. Additionally, you are taught everything your dog has learned and the training techniques utilized, so you know how to maintain and continue with your dog’s training to improve behavior and obedience. You are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to continue toward achieving your dog’s maximum potential. Additional follow- up training sessions, monthly maintenance training sessions on request, phone, text, and email support are included for the life of your dog.
Obedience training includes: Sit, Down, Place, Heel, Recall, Threshold training, Wait for Food, Car Manners, House Manners, and Crate training.
Common issues that can be addressed include: Lunging, Barking, Growling, Pulling, Mouthing, Nipping, Minor Reactivity, Jumping, Counter Surfing, Digging, Confidence Building, and Getting in the Trash.

3 Week Board & Train
For dogs five months or older with moderate- to- more severe behavior issues.
Everything included in the 2 week Board & Train, with extra time to work through more intense issues.
Dogs with severe issues sometimes may require additional weeks. Additional weeks are available when necessary at the rate of $400/ week.
Obedience training includes: Sit, Down, Place, Heel, Recall, Threshold training, Wait for Food, Car Manners, House Manners, Crate training.
Common issues that can be addressed include: Dog Aggression, Human Aggression, Resource Guarding, Separation Anxiety, Fear Issues, and Leash Reactivity.

6 Week Basic Obedience Course
This program is great for those who want to be hands on throughout every step of their dog’s training process.
Six one- hour weekly sessions where you and I work together to teach your dog the basic on leash commands, as well as creating calmness and confidence around distractions. Like all our training programs, this course is geared toward addressing both the mental and physical aspects of your dog, not strictly teaching obedience commands.
We will spend time getting to know your dog and what motivates him/ her, as well as understanding your personal goals for your dog. Together, we will assess your dog and construct a comprehensive plan to work toward achieving your obedience and minor behavior goals.
During each weekly session, I work with you, guiding you through the steps and techniques to teach your dog basic obedience and proper manners. You are then expected to work with your dog daily throughout the week. Each session builds off the previous week’s lessons. 90% of the training work is done by you, the dog owner and 10% by me, the trainer. I teach you how to communicate with your dog, as well as how to problem- solve issues, in order to train him/ her on the basics.
All obedience lessons are one- on- one: it’s just you, your dog, and any other family or friends you wish to bring. I encourage anyone who handles the dog regularly to attend. Training goes smoother when everyone involved with the dog is on the same page.
You will learn how to motivate your dog both to do what you want him to do and to stop doing unwanted behaviors.
This course is not for severe behavior issues, or intense fear/ nervousness.

6 Week Electronic Collar Obedience Course
If your goal is to have a dog that listens while off leash and around distractions, this is the course for you.
Similar to the 6 Week Basic Obedience Course, however in this course you and your dog will be introduced to low- level remote collar training to start you on the path to off- leash obedience. This allows you to have an off- leash dog that comes back to you on command every time, regardless of distractions, reinforce obedience commands, and address behavior issues.
This course is not for severe behavior issues, or intense fear/ nervousness.
Obedience training includes: Sit, Down, Place, Heel, Recall, Threshold training, Wait for Food, Crate Training.
Common issues that can be addressed include: Jumping, Mouthing, Nipping, Counter Surfing.
Required equipment: Herm Sprenger prong collar (contact me if you are unsure what size your dog needs), 6ft. leather or nylon leash, long line (15ft. or longer), quality electronic collar. E- Collar Technologies or Dogtra brands (preferred). Cheaply made pet store brand electronic collars will not be accepted.
